Super Mario Bros. 3 vs. Batman: The Video Game (NES, Round Three, Match Eighty-Four)

Pat Dooley and Ricky Giraldo fill in the final spot in the Round Of Sixteen as generation-defining platformer Super Mario Bros. 3 takes on loosely-adapted movie tie-in Batman: The Video Game.  Two games enter, only one can advance to the fourth round!  Will it be Mario, traversing eight themed words to beat up the children of his enemies?
